Results of voting on motion G, the SA (Provisional) officers' proposed constitution for a refounded Socialist Alliance, as amended :

Motion G as amended was carried by 22 votes to 4 with 7 abstentions and becomes the Constitution of the Socialist Alliance (2005)

Results of voting on motion H, the DSA proposed constitution for a refounded Socialist Alliance :

Motion H was declared to have FALLEN as a result of the vote on substantive G
